In case of the client’s dissatisfaction with the purchased Goods for any reason, you can return it or replace it within 5 days of receipt of the Goods (parcel).
The goods must be sent to the address of the sender (Seller) at the expense of the Buyer, in the same state in which it was received last, i.e. without violation of the packaging of the Goods and its quality characteristics.
You will be refunded the full cost of the Goods minus the Postal Services and Bank Fees.
Refunds will be made to the account of the Buyer from which the payment was received.
How to do it?
It is necessary to contact the site administration, via the feedback form or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
The application must specify:
-Order number / check number (obtained on the Seller’s website)
-Type of request – replacement of the goods for identical / return of goods.
Delivery must be made through the Post (preferably by registered mail), and as soon as we receive the goods, we will inform you and make a refund and / or will definitely replace it with our other goods, according to your request!
